Three motion challenging the competence of the petition instituted by the PDP and its governorship candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu have filed before the state governorship election petitions tribunal sitting in Benin City.
Ken Mozia, SAN, who is counsel to the state governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, filed two of the motions while counsel to the PDP, Chief Adeniyi Akintola, SAN, Filed the third motion.
