President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed formal apology to the government and the people of Bauchi state for inability to visit the state and inaugurate some projects as scheduled describing it as highly regrettable.
In a television message ,the president attributed the last minutes cancellation of his planned visit to poor visibility as a result of prevailing weather condition in part of the country.
