Edo state commissioner for Arts, Culture, Tourism and Diaspora Affairs, Hon. Prince Bamidele Obaitan, has assured the people of the state government’s willingness to partner and collaborate with communities that key into the Mega agenda of the present Administration to develop the rich cultural Heritage of the state.
Honourable Obaitan disclosed this in Benin City when some Chiefs in Ogbelaka community in Oredo local government council paid him a courtesy call in his office.
The commissioner who noted that Edo State has a rich cultural Heritage assured of the ministry’s readiness to collaborate with the community.
Speaking earlier, the chairman, Ogbelaka elders and palace society Guild, who spoke through the secretary, Ogbeide Osagie solicited for government’s support in sponsoring the upcoming commissioning of the ultra-modern town hall/Oguedion newly constructed by the community.
