As proposals for the 2017 fiscal year under go scraping at the national assembly and at the various houses of assembly across the country, with some already presented, a cross-section of the public have expressed mixed feelings on the 2017 budget proposals by both the presidency and the state governments. while some called on government across the country to give priority to capital expenditure, the opinion of others till towards recurrent expenditure.
